Sweden strongest man contest was in skelleftea for the first time ,maybe its time to train for the next one .
Here are some of the events.
1.Press medley dumbbell 40 kg 80 kg Rod Apollo 90 and the Stock 120
2 Dead lift Lastman Standing input of 180 kg 20 kg increments every lift no weights are above ! Are we going to 300 will change it to 10 kg increase . Costume allowed
3.Farmers walk 120 kg 20 + 20 meters Race
4.Loading 5 objectively not determined weight of these
5 Atlas Stone for reps not determined the weight of the stone , but will soon
